Shipping Policy:
Our current "guaranteed" processing times are 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS, DAY 1 STARTS THE DAY AFTER YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED. TRACKING NUMBERS ARE SENT VIA EMAIL AFTER PROCESSING. Most orders will process and ship within 1-3 business days, however, to manage expectations we do not guarantee processing sooner than 3-5 business days.
Packages will be shipped using USPS, FEDEX, DHL depending on your location
BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS.
ALWAYS ALLOW ONE EXTRA BUSINESS DAY FOR PROCESSING AFTER A HOLIDAY OR A SALE.
WE DO NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCTS ON SATURDAY and SUNDAY
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WE DO NOT COVER CUSTOMS FEES AND THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED IN OUR SHIPPING COSTS.

Lost, Stolen, Missing Package
If the package is shipped out correctly by Yemallah Naturals and it gets lost or stolen, we as the shipper are not responsible. Whatever address you have on file, is the address we use. You will need to file a claim with the United States Post Office online at
https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. The claim can take up to two weeks. If they do not accept responsibility, this issue is between you and the carrier, unfortunately.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION:
If a package is returned to Yemallah Naturals due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Yemallah Naturals is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds:Thank you for your purchase with us at
yemallahnaturals.com. While we are more than happy to help find a more than fair solution if you have any issues with your order, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges due to the hygienic aspect of our products. Cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed, so long as requests are processed before the order has been shipped. If your order has not shipped we can make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect. We DO NOT offer refunds after the order has been placed due to the nature of the product. We do not provide refunds or cancellations for any reason including delays in shipping, backorders, and/or once received due to the nature of our product. We will take the refund or cancellation if it's an error on our part.
Exchanges
We do not provide exchanges due to the nature of our product unless it is our fault.
Damaged or DefectiveIf your product(s) are damaged or defective: Email us at
yemallahnaturals@gmail.com. Please submit a photo image of your package, as well as the contents that are damaged/defective.
